Another session for Sue and Ezwan. The highlight actually since the nikah is the most important event in Muslim wedding ceremony. The event was held at Sue's bungalow at Kg. Cheras Baru.

Sue and Ezwan : Khatam Quran
|
|
It wasn't that hard to find Sue's house but, the MRR2 road is known for it's traffic unpredictability. There is one lorry broke down and parked at the 1st lane cause a child traffic jam.
Khatam Quran event was conducted by local housewife's association lead by an ustazah. Normally they gather from the surau or masjid nearby and consistently follow the religious class and Quran recitation sessions. Kudos to them who show great commitment to upheld the syiar.

Really fun and cheerful wedding kenduri at Sabak Bernam. Jawa communities really honor their members by attending every function held in the kampung. I am used to this culture since married to my wife who live at similar community at Johor.

Izuddin and Zue : Sabak Bernam
|
|
Izuddin, a Kelantanese guy wed Sue, a Javanese descendant from Sabak Bernam. Watch them talk to each other, you will be amaze. Because they talk in standard Malay. hehehe.. Izuddin will find rooms and time to understand his new extended families talking and Sue will face the same also. Well, actually just like myself, my wife come from Parit Sulong.
Great event with great weather that day.

Kenduri ni diadakan selepas majlis akad nikah pada pagi hari 20 Nov 2005. Bertemakan warna oren, maka, banyaklah warna oren dlm majlis ni.

Saadah dan Shukri : Rawang

Saadah is one of my client whom I never met before the event. The deal just base on sole trust. Well, in this business if we can't be trusted, it's the end of the story.
Rawang seems quite far initially but it didn't in real fact. Kampung Melayu Bt. 16 is quite famous I think. It's quite easy to find it. The glamorous white and orange tent, really grab anyone attention.
Started with nikah in the morning, but I was very very 'terharu' when arrive at her house and shoot some preparation and make ups.  But it wasn't because of any sentimental incidents of sort but because of the kenduri preparation just beside the house and the smoke is kind enough to enter the eyes and make us 'terharu'.

The nikah ceremony was held at Masjid Jamek Sri Manjalara. I used to live there in 1996 for one year and the mosque hasn't been build yet at that time. Quite beautiful mosque with a courtyard in the middle. Classique style where in tradition, all kind of lessons were taught by Great ulama's at the courtyard.
I arrived early and have some time to look around and shot some pictures.
Everythings goes smoothly and I wish them all the best and be happily married ever after.

Azleen & Hasry on 3rd Hari Raya
|
|
A very very early wedding rite away after Hari Raya. The wedding was held at Azleen's house at Jln Naib Long, Tangkak, Johor. I was caught into the traffic jam when so many cars want to get back to KL through Tangkak. But still on time coz departed quite early.

We went to our nearest shopping complex from our house. Alamanda Putrajaya. Luqman want to play bowling again but unfortunately it was closed. Fortunately there was the event for us to attend and enjoy.
This is my first encounter with the Malaysian fenomena Mawi World.
